OUR EXPERIENCE

There at Bespoke Maestro, when it comes to custom clothing, it is all about the experience. Whether you consider yourself a tuxedo aficionado or are yet to discover the delights of a truly bespoke suit, we are ready to help you. We promise to always provide a welcoming and customer-focussed journey, which will make you not just look, but feel amazing.

Initial Consultation

It all starts with our initial, no-obligation, bespoke consultation. This is where we get to know you and learn more about what you want from your custom clothing. A short questionnaire will help us better understand your requirements which we can then discuss in more detail afterwards. If you have any images or videos of styles and designs that you like, you are encouraged to bring them along with you.

After these discussions, we will be able to be able to show you some recommended materials and styles that would suit your needs. An initial consultation would normally take an hour, which allows enough time to discuss your needs and develop a plan. Please be assured that you are under no obligation at this point, and we promise never to pressurise you into buying anything. This stage is merely designed to show you what we can do and the decision to move forward is completely up to you.

Fabric Selection

It is amazing how much the choice of fabric can completely change the look of your custom clothing. The great news is, here at Bespoke Maestro, we have thousands of unique styles to choose from and we are confident that we can provide something that is both perfect for you and your occasion. Once we have built a relationship with our initial consultation, we will be better informed to provide samples that you can peruse at your leisure. We will guide you through this process and make recommendations as required.

Measurements And Fitting

This is one of the most important stages of the Bespoke Maestro process. We want your custom clothing to fit you flawlessly whilst ensuring that you feel comfortable and confident in wearing it. During the measurement stage, it is important to wear appropriate attire.

Wearing garments such as jeans and a jumper for instance would not be conducive to accurate measurements. Since your body posture is also important to correctly fitting custom clothing, you will be measured several times and we are also likely to take photographs and notes.

Placing An Order

Once we have taken all your vital measurements, we will need to start work creating your custom clothing. To begin this process, we will need to take a deposit to the value of 50% of the full balance, with the remaining amount payable when you are completely satisfied. We will ensure all costs are itemized and transparent so that you know exactly what you are paying for.

Cutting And Sewing

You have heard of the phrase “cut from the same cloth” before. Well, this is the process in which the saying was born. The cutting and sewing of your custom clothing will be undertaken with extreme care, with all the fabric for your garment being cut from the same roll. This ensures consistency throughout. We use tailoring styles passed down across generations including Neapolitan, Milanese, Florentine, and Saville Row. Once cut, the individual pieces are sewn together to create a unique shape and form. The final part of this process involves the introduction of intricate details such as buttons, buttonholes, and buckles.

First Fitting Appointment

During your first fitting you will be required to try on your custom clothing. You are encouraged to give open and honest feedback on the fit and how it feels. You should consider areas that are too tight and those that feel too loose. Remember, your new custom clothing should fit you perfectly. Our Bespoke Maestro tailor will also give you their opinion on any alterations that may be needed.

Together, you will both agree on any changes whilst arranging a convenient date and time for your second fitting.

Delivery

When you are completely satisfied, you will be ready to take delivery of your Bespoke Maestro custom clothing. At this point we would ask for the remaining balance on account. We understand that further problems with the fit can take a while to arise, so we give you 20 days to return the garment for further free alterations. It is all part of our promise that your complete satisfaction is completely guaranteed. Are you ready to look perfect?
